Plan your event coverage

Scalable scope

The right fit.
Then the right plan.

Every event is scoped individually. Crew, venue requirements, rehearsal, duration, connectivity and rentals affect the proposal.

Capture

For recording a message clearly.

Multicamera recording, switching and an agreed delivery plan.

Connect

For audiences in two places.

Capture plus livestream planning, graphics and the online experience.

Coordinate

For a production with more moving parts.

Video plus technical management and specialist partner departments.

Before we quote.

Do you provide the entire event production?

We begin with video, broadcast and IMAG. When a scope requires audio, LED, lighting, staging or rigging, we coordinate qualified partners. Department responsibilities and deliverables are stated in the proposal.

What information helps define the budget?

The date, venue, audience size, schedule, rehearsal time, screen requirements, online audience, recording needs and available budget are useful starting points.

Can you work alongside our venue or existing AV team?

That is part of the intended partnership model. We clarify who provides each system, who operates it and how the video workflow connects to the rest of the event.

What does IMAG mean?

Image magnification: live camera pictures shown on screens so people farther from the stage can see speakers, performers and important details.
